However, our solution is not prefect. iFunbox may still fail connecting iDevices and show you this message:
If so, please try the self-diagnosing feature in menu
[Help]->[Troubleshoot]->[Diagnose Apple Mobile Device Runtime Support]. Hopefully, the connection problem will be solved after self-diagnosing.
If the problem remains after self-diagnosing, please create a diagnose report and send to email@example.com. We will investigate the cause and try to fix it.
